Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare and wellness products, opened, used, or tampered products may not be eligible for return or refund.

Eligible return or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Daily Order Cut-off

Orders received up to and including 5:00 PM are counted for same-day processing. Orders received after 5:00 PM are counted for next-day processing.
